I love this book The first poem was superbly constructed, threading detail and imagery easily and precisely There was enough in Chauly s poetry for me to pick out and keep I was engaged throughout I wish she would have explored her fascination with Onkalo, the world s first spent nuclear repository, it being the collection s title It fell short as an image concept the poem of the same title was too short, too vague, too quick to stop I felt this way for some of her other brief pieces too and won [...]


    2. I m sure others would disagree, but I m not too keen on writing as medication the effects turn out to be less than therapeutic for readers This is good in its own way, but not to my understanding of what poetry should be.
